I will do business with 'til the cows come home - I placed an order on 6 January, @ 11:49 am - it was shipped out the next morning - I received it today, around 5 pm - I was on the way to taking our progeny to work, but immediately opened my package from Modern Vapor - I had ordered a couple extra auto batteries, a couple more atomizers, & 5 bottles of the E-Juice, 3 samplers & 2 full-size - my order had the batteries, the atomizers, but the E-Juice was all sample sizes - I eMailed Tony Kaeo as soon as I got home, letting him know about the "OOPS!" - he immediately responded - he's sending a 'fix' on Monday ......................... I LOVES MY Modern Vapor!!!

Doin' a happy dance!!!!

I'm down to a MAX of 15 "combustibles"/day {from a 35-40 light'em ups/day habit} - my dear husband is still bringing me a pack every morning, and I'm "backed up" to about 6 packs ........................ I figure I'll ask him to just pocket the $7.00/day .......................... by the time it's all said & done, I want to be "vaping" exclusively ...................... MOST people are very pleasant about it - there's the 'novelty factor', to be sure, but most {non-smokers} are just thrilled about not inhaling leftover smoke - I DID run into a rather snarky pharmacist, who, when I inquired about HRT/ERT now that I'm only ingesting nicotine & therefore at a lower risk, asked me why I didn't just ask my doctor for a script for Chantix - when I told him I'd heard horror stories about it, he snapped back with abrasive remarks ................... when I told him I enjoy the whole experience, he basically blew me off ................. the OTHER pharmacist on duty was a 2 pack/day, down to 1 pack - HE was extremely encouraging about the whole process, and evidenced an interest in eCigs - told him I understood that a nearby tobacco store carries "trial" eCigs, so folks can see if that's what they want to go with .......................

Had some 'blonde' moments on receipt of my Modern Vapor ..........................

I hadn't realized one takes them apart further than to re-charge the batteries; I was trying to force the pink cartridges {"filter" portion} over the white cartridges that are standard ....................... had to call Tony @ Modern Vapor to talk me through it ................ he was then kind enough to send me the video above which is VERY good @ explanations ........................... ;-)

it has been over SEVEN WEEKS since I placed my order; I have been very patient {for me!}, in that I have contacted them only 3 times - twice telephonically, once via eMail - the first phoncon had a decidedly snarky attitude, the eMail correspondence was downright RUDE, and the second phoncon was the ONLY ONE that was pleasant and professional - I'm going with Modern Vapor - for any folks outside the U.S. who might be interested, Modern Vapor will try to ship to you.

Right now, I am MOST anxiously awaiting receipt of

my blucigs


They're re-engineering the 'carry pack' - which has resulted in a 4-6 week delay in filling new orders; my husband has been using his Vapor King 510 for several weeks now - during an 8 hour shift, he's "smoking" only 10 Marlboro Light 100s - the rest of the time, he utilizes his Vapor King - while running equipment, in offices, etc. I'm a menthol smoker, yet I could easily start using his Vapor King - it's mild, "soft" because there's no combustion, and gives a VERY satisfying nicotine 'hit'. Also, with traditional cigarettes approaching or exceeding $7.00/pack in the Houston area, it makes economic sense.

We ALL know by now .................................................

that "smoking" is BAD for you - however, I'm guilty of enjoying "smoking"; the relaxation and calmative effect of nicotine can't be denied.

Nicotine has it's issues; but "smoking" {applying fire/heat to a cigar/cigarette/pipe} starts a combustion process that releases, in addition to nicotine and 'tar', something on the order of 3,000 chemicals, many of which are cancer-causing; poisonous; radioactive - WHO NEEDS all that stuff in their body? Additionally, "smoking" taints one's environment - hair, skin, clothes, furniture, draperies, carpeting - and causes health issues for those one lives/works with. It lowers the value of one's vehicle on trade-in. And, let's face it, non-smokers {whether they never smoked, or quit smoking} can be true irritants when complaining about smokers {to the point that 'lighting up' is necessary to calm down}.

We live in a remarkable time - because WE have the opportunity to ingest nicotine, in a {to smokers} VERY satisfying manner, that allows use in areas that are currently off-limits. And THAT is the purpose of this website.
